Hi, I'm Ian, and I'm in my early forties(sih), now focusing on writing my first book, which is about innovation that focuses on the power of perspective and "true" sustainability.

My background is in design, user experience, systems thinking, and journey strategy. I especially entered the UX game because I love the human and psychological aspects of design, as well as challenging the status quo and rethinking what we know through fresh perspectives and insights.
