Every time I read your articles I find myself nodding in agreement! This one particularly resonates with the good old topics I occasionally discuss with my team. I like the term value-led. Working towards appropriate outcomes, such as quality, is how we can realise value for customers and different aspects of a business or organisation - it’s a win-win. Sadly, too many companies are desperate to demonstrate fast progress with a view to ‘learn later,’ but we all know what happens (or doesn’t happen).
