Thanks for your response. Yes, I had considered Jobs To Be Done, but felt that this framework is widely covered. However, in hindsight, it does deserve a place in the list of frameworks.

I agree that JTBD is another practical framework that helps us focus on outcomes and align solutions to customer needs.
