How many companies actually invest in behavioural design? I would say very little at this moment in time.
Some brands, like Netflix, are using psychology to ‘perfect’ their customer experience. However, companies who peddle behind are those who fail to understand people’s intrinsic needs, as well as recognise the importance of user experience.
