Sadly, Botsociety is no more, but I recommend adding chatbot.com to the tools list. It's similar to Voiceflow but easier to use, plus it comes with a useful A/B testing feature.

I would also recommend incorporating Information Architecture design for defining labelling systems and semantic relationships. An AI writing assistant tool such as Grammarly is helpful for fine-tuning written responses aimed at particular audiences. And it's also worth looking at live-moderated research tools such as Lookback.
