To understand if, say, a customer, for example, finds value in a product, service, or brand, we need to speak to people. Of course, when we generate insights into what they think and say and how they behave, we can determine whether they have 'found' value in their relationship with a product, service, or brand.

Equally, we can engage with different business functions to collect and blend metrics to determine the value of teams' investments in building and optimising products and features. Time, budget, employee morale, customer retention and satisfaction are some of the many measures we could use to evaluate the impact of our outputs.

For sure, an additional article sounds like a nice idea.
