This reminds me of one glorious hour of my life wasted through navigating Amazon Music’s cancellation labyrinth. Though, my concern is that regulating an unsubscribe process is not straightforward and only considered from a visual and number of clicks perspective. In addition to transparency (equal weighted options, clearer navigation and way finding, etc) accessibility, including neurodiversity, is paramount, yet often dismissed or considered as an afterthought.
